You go out into the street and you should see a sign crossing the little street that is used for drop off's and at the top it will say shuttles and you just wait there for the correct shuttle as there are different ones. One for. Each company.

Have they been nice about returning outrageous fees. Look for a 10 day van rental. Most expensive is about 500. So when I had to switch because of Orbitz they sent me with Budget instead of Dollar. Dollar rental has the same car for 398 dollars.
