When you get off the shuttle at the Rental Car Center spot the Alamo office and go there first for paperwork. (Restrooms on this level by elevators.)You'll then take either elevator or escalator to pick up car on next level.
You will have to take a free shuttle to a separate rental car terminal about a mile from the arrivals terminal.
All the car rental companies are consolidated in one parking structure off the airport. Just follow the signs for the car rental shuttle. You have to walk over a sky bridge to the shuttle pickup. It's about a 5 minute ride to the car rental center.
It is located at a lot close to the airport. Follow signs for car rental shuttle. Thdy will take you to the lot.
You have to take the shuttle to the rental car center.
