Upon landing at SAN, (1) how do I connect with your shuttle service and (2) where is the shuttle pickup location and (3) how long of a ride is it to your rental office? Also, (4) can I drop off my rental car at the Long Beach airport?

Just follow the exit/baggage claim signs, to the point you see the signs for rental cars. Take the shuttle. Total time to plan, until you sit in your rental car is about 30 minutes. You can drop off your rental car at any other Alamo location, but the price will differ, comparing to same pickup/drop off location.
