I am trying to reach Budget Car Rental at the San Diego airport and no one is answering the phone. I was supposed to pick up a car at 4 p.m. today and cannot pick it up until 6:30 p.m. or so due to flight delay. Please hold it for me.

Call +1-800-214-6094 it's the national number. When I delt with Budget in San Diego I had the same issue. They probably won't be there when you go to pickup the car as well based on my experience so be ready to wait when you get there
