I read some negative reviews, so I was nervous renting here but the price was the best for the car class I wanted, so I took a chance. My experience was excellent. There was no line upon check in, the agent was friendly and helpful. The car was just what I reserved. They e-mailed be a detailed list of existing damage which was accurate and nice to have right on my phone. Drop off was easy and my final bill was exactly what I expected. An overall good experience (San Diego).

In website wrote price $41 daily for car rent.Booked one for three days. When paid $236 from credit card administration request additional deposit $200,and we provide different card where from they take full sum $436 and forget return our booking $236 ,just provide invoice for $426. When you wrote price for cars is $41 daily it is mean this price $41 daily but not $130 what you charge later. If you wrote price is $130 I take taxi to town and rent cars there. This company take additional money from customers and do not withstand the price provided earlier for customers. Additional answers to your comments,- I can not refund part my money ,try do this 5 days and open bank claim,I have the letter from you,invoice and price for one days. I sure the bank will inform right instances.

This was my second time renting a car with SIXT at San Diego Airport. It is always a good sign of a company when the service you receive the second time is as good, if not better than the first. The booking process via the SIXT app was simple, the cost of hiring a luxury car, which they upgraded for me at pick were excellent. The return process was just as quick and easy. SIXT have clearly made it their mission to stand out from a crowded car hire business, and in my opinion, they are well on their way to excelling in their mission. I cannot recommend SIXT highly enough and I will certainly be using them again on my many trips around the world, including back to San Diego.

Renting from here was easy and the staff was excellent. The staff during pick up asked me questions to help me with choosing the right vehicle for my family's needs during our vacation which I really appreciated. I had already chose a vehicle online but Im happy she checked in with me just in case. It was a great start to our vacation. I was tired from the flight and they made it easy and the vehicle was awesome. Bringing it back was even easier as the staff helped me in a flash so I wasnt worried about making it to airport on time. Zero hassle whatsoever. Thumbs up for me!

It's honestly depending on the day and the circumstances of the branch they day of. If you're going to show up very early, it would be better if you call ahead.
They do have a drop box but beware, ours didn't get checked in until later that day resulting in being charged another day. We worked it out and got the charge removed but just watch your charges and make sure to stay on top of it.
You can expect the same response at the rental counter. Even with a prepaid reservation they still tried to charge an extra $200. It took an hour just to get the car.

I'm not sure that they actually see these questions. They go out to people who contribute reviews and photos on Google. I think you can go directly to the facility, don't think they have parking lots though. Their app is good for making reservations, but not for questions. Sorry that I couldn't be of more help.
