Yes but the darker tours are intended to frighten FYI. Also be mindful that the tour is about an hour long and no strollers are allowed.

As long as you carry them. There is no stroller access and lots of stairs. Also, they aren't allowed to touch the walls or materials in the house so be mindful of that. I wouldn't take a child under 10 personally.
