They preferred if it was on your phone and not printed. But will still accept the tickets if they are printed
Buy tickets at Costco save $20 per ticket you can use that for the extra tour to see the aviary and how they heated the house and all the extras the main tour doesn't cover.
My daughter printed the tickets when we got there they just scanned them and we all 5 of us went in...

We bought our tickets on-site. Never a long line, so I don't see the point of purchasing on-line (unless it's on Halloween night or some other special event).
We printed out our tickets and they scanned them at the entrance to the tour. You're able to go into the souvenir shop without a ticket.
They will scan your ticket on your phone if you can't print it.
Or if you are not going when it is busy, you can buy when you get there.
