Honestly, this is hands down of my fave places in San Jose. Really well kept site and super friendly staff. Every building has a cool story and the volunteers do an awesome job explaining the background story and answer questions. Being able to ride on the streetcar was also fun!

Welcoming staff very friendly. Loved the free ice cream and trolley rides. Great fireworks. Best place to see them with no traffic issues

Such a fun experience! With interactive museums being a popular activity this place nailed it! Each room was beautiful and even with crowds passing through I was still able to capture some great photos. My only complaint is that it gets way too hot in there. They even had to set up fans in different rooms. Overall it was fun

Heritage light show is a must see. Help the history park to preserve to past. It will be more wonderful if "all" the heritage buildings have Christmas lights on them and are open for the public to see. Besides watching the light show others can explore the buildings to learn more about San Jose's history.

It's free. Not sure if it's not the case when they have some special events but those are quite rare.
Dear Raquel, I am sorry, but we do not rent wheelchairs at the museum. History San Jose
Hi Rich, Yes there is a tea, but it's sold out now.
Hi Evelyn, the park is generally free to enter; however when we have events in the park (generally on weekends), there can be an admission fee. Double check the calendar on our website (www.historysanjose.org).
Hi Rick, We allow dogs on leashes when there are no events or festivals in the Park. We ask that dogs not enter the Park during any events or festivals. We recommend checking HSJ's website prior to visiting.
Hi Vicky, Yes, the movies are captioned.
Lots of parking
Yes, pretty big ones. You can see them in the satellite map
