I am only a customer but I did see that they had some kites there Saturday afternoon. I don't know what type or quality though. The one thing that I REALLY wish that Sheldon's Hobbies would change is the availability of information on not only their website but their phone answering service. He can be a little bit dry and sometimes short with people but in all honesty he means well and is unfortunately a little understaffed.. All in all though really good place to go to purchase hobby items that are more geared towards all things RC.

I don't know if they have the maxx in stock however I thought I saw one on the shelf when I was last in there. They were low on the 4s batteries but he can get them for you they are NOT CHEAP ANYWHERE. I was able to order my X-maxx from them by pre-ordering it and giving them my card number. It came in 3 - 4 weeks later and I went and picked it up. They are pretty hard to get a hold of right now. Tons of fun.. Like I said though I had to pre-order it. The one thing that you can count on is that you will get good information and reliable help from them.

I would suggest that you go into Sheldon's they have a variety of drifters rally cars trucks truckee's and also a variety of bodies the cars and trucks that I have bought there I usually go online and purchase the bodies and paint them myself. The staff is very helpful that it's a great place and going there for many years

There are many different kinds of chargers it depends if you have LiPO batteries you're running brushless there's many different type of setup I recommend going in and speaking with AJ or any of the guys that work there they're very helpful and they will help you find what you're looking for

Do you guys ever carry Tamiya kits anymore? I remember back in the days I collect RC cars until RTR RC’s ruined it and lost interest. Tamiya seems the only company that remain a KIT version.
