I just made a reservation (13396884us4) via a third party rewards points for this coming July. i wanted to pay for it and i put my name on the reservations instead of my son's name (Fred). No one seems to want to work with me. Can he pick it up?

If possible, go to the Avis website (with your reservation #) & modify.
