No you dont have to pay a fee. But keep in mind that pets are not accessories so in the future if you think you want an animal remember that you have to care for it for its entire life. Just imagine for a second what your dog will go through being abandoned at a scary strange place. Front street is a great shelter but your dog does not know it and the people there. It will be put in a cage and HOPEFULLY adopted.
