Help lots of stray cats.l have a neighbor who has been having a littler every year for quit sometime. Refuses to get cat spayed. Once they are winged they are let out in neighbor hood, is the any help. I'm desperate.

I believe you can call Animal control OR try to catch them and take them to the shelter. They have to be at least 4 weeks.

Animal control will call to verify if the situation is still a problem and then assist in trapping the animal(s)
