Yes at the front street shelter as long as there not aggressive towards people or other animals you can drop off your cat or litter and as long as they are healthy and adoptable they will keep them at that shelter for as long as it takes. They never euthanize any animals. If they cant find a forever home they will be placed into foster families or adopted by a cat sanctuary . so yes you can feel good about there process on strays and drop offs
