They have cars people have donated but they don't typically donate them to others. They go thru them to evaluate mechanical condition and disclose the result to potential buyers. I understand they occasionally present a vehicle to individuals who have gone thru the program but I don't know that selection process. I would recommend giving UGM Motors a call to discuss options.
They just sell cars. Your best bet will be through Facebook marketplace.
They do more than just sell vehicles. They have training programs towards Certified Mechanics. They do have good buys on upgraded vehicles that were donated.
