Love the atmosphere here. We usually do the drive-thru and are always thrilled with the food. We decided to dine-in and enjoyed our experience. Love my broccoli cheddar soup!

Ordered a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and a cookie. They forgot the cookie but confirmed it was in the bag. Most of the chicken salad was stuck to the paper off to the side of the sandwich. After putting it back on the bread, it appears that there was maybe 1-2 tablespoons of salad per half. Taste was great as usual, for what it’s worth.

Food quality is really good, and so is how much you get with every meal. The family meal is definitely enough to feed a family of four, unless you have teenagers with endless stomachs. I like that there is a minimal amount of human contact as an option; as in there's a kiosk and they'll just drop off the food at your table and leave or call you up to the kitchen drop off counter.

This is the second time I’ve taken a chance on Panera and was severely disappointed. I ordered the Greek salad. At least 1/3 of the lettuce was brown and wilting and not just that but on the end of the wilt right before it molds. It had maybe 5 kalamata olives for the full size salad which is just pathetic. The flavor of the dressing was good, but the amount of toppings was pathetic compared to the amount of brown lettuce I got. Very disappointed because I hear such great things but have never had a good experience. Photo of the grossest pierces of lettuce I pulled out. Go somewhere else.
