Very poor customer service. Cashier pretty much complained nonstop. I had a return, with the receipt. The numbers were difficult to read but that’s how the receipt was given to me. She complained about it the entire time. Long story short instead of getting my money back I now have a store credit. Why would I want to shop there when the customer service is so poor? Michaels use to be my go to for all craft supplies but honestly the last couple years they’ve done nothing but disappoint. Don’t see myself returning once I use the store credit.
