Always positive vibes and great service. They are patient and understanding and actually took the time to listen to my needs. I've bought my last 3 cars from them and any time I had a question about my car it was always answered in a timely manner. I love Auto Nation Acura. They have always been very helpful and do a great job on my car. They are very upfront about what I need done on my car and the status of everything. When another shop told me my break pads needed to be changed, luckily I waited for my next oil change. The guy told me that I didn’t need them done yet and wouldn’t for a while. I was able to have about 4 oil changed until I got them done. They have always explained to me why stuff needs to be done and what they look for. They give me the statistics on my car which is great. I’ve always had great Alain me ta as well. Overall I feel more than comfortable taking my Acura TLX here and having them work on it.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from the AutoNation group. We live over 350 miles away and would drive to purchase from them again! Reiko is absolutely the best to work with, prompt, attentive and incredibly caring! We loved working with her!!! Also, loved Christian the red bearded finance guy, he was a hoot!!! And Brian, what a great guy with the biggest heart! Thank you for being so caring and gracious! The idea of a fair price, and a clear trade in value with no BS is so refreshing!!! These guys are top shelf at what they do! Best car buying experience ever and I've purchased a few! We will be back, you can count on that!!!
