My cabinets are amazing. Exactly as I pictured them.( added Pictures) The installer did a awesome job. My counter top job not so much. Why, they chip easy, a house full of kids not good combo. Also note the NOT so “seamless edge.” ( picture 3) I wish I would of been made aware of the lack of durability of them prior to purchasing. I can see a replacement needed in a couple years. No , they were not cheap either .

See the first sample picture looks nothing like the last 4 installed pieces. The lines are bright blue. Sales person was great initially and so were the installers. However, it does not look anything like what we ordered from the sample. I went it to see how they would correct it and nothing, not even offered to discount since it’s clearly not the same. It also had spots on the counter when we used it for the first time 24 hours after the installers left. At least offer a remedy or discount.

I honestly do not know how this company has 4.8 stars. Here was our experience with Northwest Granite. The shopping part was great. We quickly found cabinets and countertops in our budget that we loved. The gentleman we worked with was very friendly and helpful. Everything seemed like it was going to be great until the installation process. When our cabinets were installed, several cabinet faces were damaged - not sure if this was during transportation or installation. Communication was horrible and took several phone calls on our part just to get someone to look at them. They agreed to fix them BUT said we were lucky we didn’t put pulls on them because they wouldn’t have fixed them if there were pulls already on them. Also, the installers did not measure the openings for the dishwasher, fridge, and oven. Very lazy!! We checked with them several times to ensure all of the Measurements were correct to avoid this exact problem. The opening for the fridge was not the correct dimensions. We decided not to deal with the headache of trying to contact them again, so my husband fixed it on his own. Then, Northwest Granite came to measure for countertops. This has also been a not so great experience due to laziness and lack of inspecting their own work. When the countertops were put on the island, part of the island was too high so one side of the island bowed out. AGAIN, we decided not to deal with the headache so my husband fixed it. There were some smaller issues with cabinets not closing correctly and sitting the way they should, but we decided we would deal with it. Lastly, we went to put the oven in, but it would not fit. It did not fit because the quartz wasn’t cut straight. This is obviously something we can’t fix on our own, so we will be calling Northwest Granite back. We love our kitchen, but Northwest Granite has made some very big mistakes simply because they rushed through a job. All of this could have been avoided if they had slowed down and taken pride in their work. It has been a very frustrating experience and I will not be going back or recommending them.

Folks here made my whole shopping and installation process simple. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel that I was their favorite customer. They wanted to get it right and make me happy! Great job! I'm happy to recommend! AND MY NEW COUNTERS ARE GORGEOUS!!! Well done, y'all!
