I went to look at a vehicle and they wouldn't even talk to me about my interest. They don't help people. They don't care. The way I was treated and talked to was rude.

They usually are pretty nice and helpful, I would get ahold of a member of management at ugm and let them know so they are aware of how you were treated

I've noticed a problem with lack of customer service, communication issues, and poorly negotiating. This organization has been an upstanding one, but unfortunately they need to fix the motor sales division. People donate vehicles so that the less fortunate can potentially at least have something reliable to drive once they go through getting fixed. Its definetly more geared towards generating capitol growth unfortunately.
