I purchased my truck there and they did not fulfill the contract. Covid played a great deal, but they still should have fulfilled their agreement.

I brought my van in to have them diagnose the trunk door not unlocking and an ignition issue. They're trying to charge me $300 for diagnostics when the estimate said $125. I even talked to the technician (after the service rep finally begrudgingly got him on the phone) and the tests he did on my trunk door I could have done in 5 minutes! They're saying it's $125 per hour and want to charge an hour per issue. No, you can bill per hour but not per hour per issue. All the trunk door panels were already off too! I didn't pay and drove it away with my spare key, then called them to say I'd pay the $125. They're threatening to report it stolen over $175. Pretty shady. They also wanted to replace the Body Control Module for $1200 and ignition switch for $350. I took it to Cheers Automotive and they got both issues fixed for $130. They were simple things that you'd think a dealer would know how to address! Cheers also noticed my water pump was leaking so I got that done. (Great guys - can't recommend highly enough!) Funny thing is, the technician from AutoNation also put that it in his notes but the service agent never mentioned it. Nice one guys. SMH. So you try to rob me with unnecessary work and then ignore an actual problem?!

I went to them because my breaks were pulsating. I had them change my front breaks and specifically said I needed my rotors turned. After that they still pulsated and they swore they turned the rotors. They said that I needed new rear breaks. I didn’t think that would help but I did need rear brakes. That didn’t work. They said that they would turn my rotors again because it was still under warranty. Then the lock down happened. When I came back after they said that they would have to charge me to turn the rotors because the manager refused to honor the previous offer. That is bad customer service. I just bought a 2020 Tundra not from them!

Was not impressed with having my vehicle returned to me while I waited for it to be parked in whatever parking spot was available. Also, didn't like how service reps. sit inside and not meet customers outside when they drive up. I've visited many dealership service centers and this is by far the worst I've experienced. Their idea of "truly exceptional customer service" is subjective. They need to do better. I expected better when I recently purchased the vehicle just a month ago and needed a flat tire repaired. I'm spending way too much money on my new car to have it sitting in a spot that looks too tight to avoid door dings. I've had dealerships bring my car back to where I dropped it off at. Under the garage covering when you first arrive and have had service reps meet me outside. This place is either lazy or the ppl are selective. I wish I had sat and watched how they approached other customers. Walking me to my car is NOT exceptional customer service.

It has to be rest. Appears every 5000 miles. Alternating between tire rotation and oil changes the dealer resets mine

Do you work on repairing hybrid battery systems?

I am one of the techs in the shop. Yes we we do service hybrid systems and all automotive systems. The hybrid battery as a unit usual can only minimally be serviced, but normally issues with hybrids are not from the battery but the rest of the system controlling it. Please feel free to schedule an appointment with our service department to have your vehicle looked at and repaired. We would be glad to help you keep your vehicle running its best.
