Bought my car here. Got a great deal on it, also the staff here are not paid on commission, so there are no sleazy car salesman tryin to hustle you. It was a great experience plus it give's back to people in need! In my opinion it's a win win! A+

UGM Motors is not an ordinary used car lot. They accept automotive donations that their mechanics repair or restore for resale. I had an older GMC Suburban that still ran well; but I got a newer one. I wanted to do something useful with the old one. So I donated to them. Any proceeds they can get goes to support vital ministries that lift desperate people out of bad situations. From women's shelters, to recovery centers, to getting people back supporting themselves, it's a cause that benefits the Spokane metropolis. I also looked over their large car lot. They do not get very many pickups or large SUVs. Consider UGM when you have a good used one you don't want anymore. I also encourage people to donate cars that are worth fixing, not wrecks.

I recently purchased a '98 GMC Suburban from UGM. The people here are wonderful. No pressure salesmen. They have their ASE certified mechanics go through each vehicle and give you a report of anything wrong with the vehicle (Basically a vehicle health report) so you know what you are buying up front. I had one minor issue the vehicle and they took care of it for me free of charge. I would buy from UGM again and recommend them to my friends and family. Best part is, the money goes to a good cause! Since buying it, I have done some improvements, polished paint, new wheels and tires, etc, looks great now IMO.

They can do any thing any other shop can. I think diagnostic tests are free. The difference with UGM is that none of them get paid for padding the bill. They will tell you the truth
Yes 👍👍
Yes they will, but you'll need to call the service department to schedule getting it in.
Only dealer in town let you know every little defect they can find before they make a sale.
I found that UGM practiced the safest Covid 19 procedures of any business I've been to lately.
When you donate a vehicle to UGM the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will allow you $500 on your income tax form. If UGM sells your vehicle for more than $500 you can deduct that whole amount. UGM provides you the paperwork for your records of that donation. Your gift has nothing to do with the Social Security Administration.
Yes, most repairs can be completed here by one of their certified mechanics. Call service department to inquire Mon - Sat
No, they do not.
Cannot answer your question, maybe ph them and ask
UGM motors does not offer any financing options. Automobiles are donated in most cases and few come with warranties. Their operations mimic the same standards as most other thrift stores locally, by adhering to a "cash only" and "as-is" rule of thumb.
They have cars people have donated but they don't typically donate them to others. They go thru them to evaluate mechanical condition and disclose the result to potential buyers. I understand they occasionally present a vehicle to individuals who have gone thru the program but I don't know that selection process. I would recommend giving UGM Motors a call to discuss options.
Call them. The car lot itself may not be able to help, but Union Gospel Mission may be able to help you get your car fixed. You can also try Frontier Behavioral services, they do a lot of community outreach, & so does Goodwill & the Salvation army. If you have a cellphone, dial 211 to be connected with a clearing house for services offered around the community.
They usually are pretty nice and helpful, I would get ahold of a member of management at ugm and let them know so they are aware of how you were treated
I think that they are one of the honest used dealers around.
I believe they do both. Their sign says oil changes for sure
We have two service departments one services customer vehicles and the other services the cars before they go up for sale.
I believe the rate is 75/hour. Sounds like a one hour job.
