We worked with Sam over a couple months. During that time Sam was very patient and helpful. When we were finally able to get the Subaru we wanted. Sam and the entire crew were great to work with. I had a great experience with AutoNation Subaru. I came in on a busy Saturday and worked with a few people that were attentive despite the rush. Fortunately, I knew exactly what I wanted and had reserved the vehicle online. They were very helpful as a team, helping me while also finding someone who could dedicate their afternoon to my needs. The combined experience of the staff was astounding with one sales manager boasting 20 years at the dealership. I worked mostly with Tyler. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle which made me confident in my purchase. It was long and tedious, as you’d expect, but at least there was good conversation and I came away with exactly what I needed. Thanks guys!

Recently was fortunate to lease a new Subaru Forester from Auto Nation Subaru in Spokane Valley and wanted to share my appreciation. This was during the pandemic and most dealers had zero new car inventory and they made the shopping process so easy and provided me with as much info as I needed without any pressure or pushiness. And my first new car service experience with them at 4 months was a breeze to schedule and the wait in their very comfortable customer waiting area felt like I was in a lodge! This was our third auto shopping experience and by far the best. They where so professional and kind. Was in and out in a matter of hours. The communication was amazing with them checking in on how we are doing and if we had any questions. Ken our sales guy went above and beyond and was very professional. He even went out his way when the tire wasn't holding air. Simple fix came by my work and got my car. Fixed it and returned it the same day. I think I will forever shop AutoNation. Their warranty's are very affordable and have tons of options. They worked directly with stcu and many other banks. Ken was really understanding and kept our budget in mind. I always stress when I have to car shop. First thing that comes to mind the pushy sales when auto shopping. But guys this place was nothing like this. I highly recommend them.
