Not cheap but quick. I'm on my way to pick up my windows now so I'll edit but it's a lot cheaper if you take the frames there yourself. Employees are professional and polite. No complaints

the owner was a true karen she treated me poorly at first they took my deposit never set up a estimate. I called although the reciept had my address the first thing that the owner herself helped me with she said they couldn't service my area then when they did they made me wait the entire day and came later I called twice, then they said they were at other jobs in that area after saying we dnt service the area. it turned out after measuring which the owner said they had to do to be sure they couldn't do the door i wanted so I asked for a refund they kept 55 and when I asked why she was dishonest and said I told you which neither verbally or on the reciept. I tried to talk to her she said "good luck im the owner"horrible I will be reporting her company i have my reciept

So we had a hydraulic pump installed by Hal's. The way our store is set up is that we have a door on each side of the building. After we had the hydraulic pump installed on our front door it was pretty much defective in that it kept popping open when the back door would be opened. I called shortly after and they sent a tech out who assured me that since the pump was new it would need time to "lose pressure" and gain some ware so that it wouldn't pop open again. I waited about 8 months and in the mean time I had several other issues that Hal's took care of including one with a Saturday surcharge which ended up costing $300 for the tech to basically spray some WD -40 and change out the barrel holdster for the lock. I called today and spoke with Heidi who said that the hydraulic pump is now out of warranty and that we would have to pay for a new one to be installed. When I responded she transferred me to someone whom I assume was the owner of this location who started yelling at me out of the gates and came off super defensive. The call was dropped being that I was on a cellphone and the reception where I was at was not excellent. When I called back I was honestly shocked at the way she handled herself. She was very childish and petty and said, " you know what I am not doing this for you because I don't like you". She then went on to say that every time I receive a service from her I never pay full price... She gave me $10.00 off one time on the defective hydraulic pump. Mind you I have almost spent $1000.00 in repairs for my store with Hal's. This is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Retaining services was a huge mistake, they take no pride in there work and do not stand by it. She essentially called me cheap on the phone but they nickel and dime for everything and have higher prices than other locksmiths in the area. I still can't believe what just happened.

They were prompt, super friendly, and very efficient, plus the price was just right. The service from the phone call to the glass install was smooth and very professional. Thank you
