I was charged with a misdemeanor that I did not commit. The public defender appeared overworked and underpaid. My public defender wanted to plea deal right away and did not offer any defense. He did not mention any weaknesses in the prosecutor’s case. I did not know I had a constitutional right to see my police report; and never saw it. The public defender did not explain any ramifications of taking a deal. After my release, I saw my police report which had false and deceptive information. I then got counsel from private defense attorneys who all agreed I should have never accepted a plea deal. Judge Deborah Sanchez allowed an innocent person to be convicted. She was bias in the most blatant form; what she did was wrong. Her allegations were baseless and false. It’s an appalling and unconstitutional abuse of power. She overstepped her bounds. It violates the higher ethical standards that these professionals have committed themselves to by becoming licensed in their profession. It’s a violation of their oath. We need sweeping criminal justice reforms.

10/17/19 = 3 star = Just came here for a Jury Duty , I just notice that all security personnel from the xray or main entrance is not smiling and no greetings at all . Good vibes should start from employee . That's what i think .

Terrible court. Judges are terrible, declined my trial by written declaration even though I was in the right. After I paid the ticket I thought that was the end of it. However 6 months later I received a delinquency notice for the ticket even though I already had paid it ! I had to go to court again to get it removed. Really terrible courthouse .

This place is very slow. The judge wasn't there so they had a temporary that didn't know what he was doing. He kept asking the clerk what he needs to write and how to work everything! It took him about 5-10 min per person. The clerk's office is as long as the trial! Not the best place, but you have no other choice.

Call this clerk's office and tell them you want to get an extension or go in person.
You go to the department of justice and it’s like 40$
Thank you Ricardo ..by the way do you know of a cheap lawyer
I HAD A WARRENT AND I JUST FOR DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED LIICENDS AND I HAVE EPELICT ZEISERS AND I FORGET THE THINGS AND WHAT SHOULD I DO
As soon as you are aware of the warrant, go to courthouse, ask to see judge and explain your situation , usually the judge will rule in your favor because you went on your own free will , and not picked up on the street by your city police.on another charge. Felony , your screwed either way , straight jailtime
lasuperiorcourt.org Go to online services. Then type, criminal or traffic. You can put info in there.
Tell the person you want them out and they will leave your house peacefully. Not always that you show your power, sometimes humbleness an kindness could grant peace. Please be courteous in a respectful way when talking to them because they also have some right.

Dishonest, unfair court system of our beloved United States of America......
Maybe if he files a police report and the law enforcement agency gets the footage
It's definitely a typo from the cleck, i recommend you check your case at the case summary in the court website. lacourt.org
Go online http://www.lacourt.org/division/traffic/traffic2.aspx
No
It's better to there to the Clerk Office to make your payments.
Arraignments are set in person at the window. Not online you can set an appointment to skip the line but will not be heard that day
If you pay an attorney to seal your records or get them expunged. If anybody does a FBI and DOJ background check, they will still see your records from the time you turned 18. Just admit to your legal problems and have a letter of explanation ready to submit with your application. Send to the FBI for your criminal record. The charges that show on there are what you will admit to and explain about. An Expungement will cost you thousands of dollars. I hope that helps...
They have help services inside the court house...
Just go see the court clerk and get copies of anything you need. It might cost you $.25 a page, or nothing...
Go see the clerk at the courthouse and ask if they will give it to you or if you have to see the judge to get it...
Understand that an expungement doesn't remove your case information from the FBI or DOJ database. So, if you apply for a job that does FBI and DOJ background searches, they're still going to see your case information and arrest information. If you lie on your application that this case and arrest never happened, they will be able to see it and you will be disqualified from that job, position or license...
Yes, they need to be quiet in the court room
8: 30-9am
All courts in LA county are superior court's
Most courts release the defendants about 4:30pm...
The date on the ticket is not a court date its an appearance date. If the ticket is in the system on or before that date yiu can go to the clerk's office to see what your options are. You definitely can pay it especially if you want to get it over with.
There a parking structure behind the library. There is no designated parking for juryer.
Can't make an appointment for criminal cases. Most likely you already have a warrant. To take care of it you will have to see the judge. It's best to take care of it before 11 a.m. Monday thru Friday at windows 2 or 3.
Traffic matters don't have walk-ins but if you qualify the clerk can give you a court date. However the time for walk-ins for criminal matters are Monday thru Friday before 9 a.m.
Ok, so here's the reality. An expungement doesn't mean that it can't be seen by the FBI and DOJ. So, if you apply for a job that does background checks using the FBI or DOJ. They will be able to see it. My suggestion is don't deny the arrests on your applications. Instead admit to them with an explanation. Wait until you're done with all of your criminal matters and then send to the FBI for your criminal record. Thats the only charges that you'll admit to on your applications. Don't lie because the potential employer will see it in the FBI background check.... An Expungement will cost you about $5,000 to the attorney. And the FBI will still have your charges in their system...
Im not sure if that's an option. But i would call the court and ask....
If its from 2012 its most likely in collections so when you go to Bellflower court you need to go to the clerk's office Window #5 for GC Services.
No
Parking tickets are given by the city not by the courts. If its a parking ticket you will have to go to the city hall in the city where you received the ticket.
You have to fill out some forms and get it filed with the county. Call the county recorders office and ask them where to start. Most likely it will be in there... Good luck
I don't understand what you're saying. It doesn't make sense...
I'm thinking that you should reach out to any LA county Court and ask this question directly. I don't think just anybody can answer this question directly.
$300+ dollars. But you can make payments
Not much, as long as it's a moving violation and not a criminal matter. Just get back on track ASAP before it actually becomes a problem.
No, but you do have to show up on the date of the extension...
I believe that the court will allow her to do traffic school out of state and send the completion back to the court in California... Either way its a one day class for 8 hours. So she can come stay with you for the weekend and go to traffic school on Saturday. That's the other option...
The court has an office to help you with that. Victims Advocate
It all depends on how long were your classes. If each class was an hour long, than yes, you have 10 hours...
I have a ticket not paid that Im not aware of so my license suspended. Can i pay it there ar courthouse?
