I understand wanting ppl to make and appt but seriously if you can't accommodate them too then just don't take walk-ins. Nobody wants to wait 2 hours for a 5 min screening.

7/7/21 appt at 9:30am front desk clerk did not allow us to enter, was very rude ! No one came out to check us in even though that is what she said. 30 mins later and 3 people walking in in front of us, we finally walked in, she tried to kick us out again and I refused until she heard appt was 30 mins ago and she did not let us check in when we arrived. Will never return to this Quest and other clients voiced the same concern outside and in lobby. There should be a manager or extra help around during rush hour.

Quest diagnostics Was no help to me today. I went to quest diagnostics in Bellflower. They were no help to me today I got off early to get there before they closed at 4:30. When I looked at their hour of service it said from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. I arrived at 3:30 and waiting outside because there where 2 people inside at 3:49 I looked in and asked do I still wait outside she said I'll be right with you she came out at 4:00pm and said we stop taking people at 4:00. No where does it say they stop taking walk-in's at 4:00.she brushed me off and was no help or offered any help. I'm so upset. It's hard to miss work right now and Been brushed off like that is upsetting. Quest diagnostics need to answer or apologize waiting

Disgusting rude service & UNCLEAN! Not COVID compliant! The front desk White lady was unnecessarily rude and the Tech drawing blood was wearing the same gloves used with other patients. Wiped the arm with alcohol then proceeded to touch the same spot with her dirty glove (tech was a Black female). I will be filing a formal complaint. Never going here again and will look to avoid ALL QUEST LOCATIONS. GHETTO SERVICE FROM A GHETTO COMPANY. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
