To come back north no, you need a birth certificate ideally at least to avoid being sent to secondary inspection. Also you cannot use the ready lanes without a passport.

I have a veheicle that i just paid the registration fees to the DMV, but it won’t pass the inspection because it needs the catalytic converter. I need to take it across (cheaper) am I going to have problems crossing to Mex?
