they shaft most of their customers....most of their help has quit...they can't find drivers...
Placed an order around then, got no confirmation. Ran out of oil on Tuesday, put diesel in the oil tank for five days until Ace Oil delivered. Try them. None of the other 25 companies I called would do it. I am no longer a customer of PitStop, that's for sure. And five straight days of their phone ringing busy! Have they never heard of a listserv? Or a text notification? Maybe give their thousands of customers some warning. I had to prime my furnace… Good thing I figured out how to do that! And I've heard that they have many unused trucks in their parking lot because they don't have enough drivers.
Find another company, or go buy some diesel.
All the oil companies are overwhelmed. Hundreds of thousands of people calling in the same week. The top of the tank is just as easy to keep filled as the bottom
