One of my tires had an irreparable leak, and I was in a hurry, trying to make a plane. I took the car unannounced to the VIP shop, and the managers made arrangements to work immediately on the car. I got new tires, alignment, balancing and very friendly service. An excellent experience—Dan assessed my needs and time pressure, and finished the job in a way that met my tight schedule. .

FIRST TIME THERE, CERTAINLY WON'T BE MY LAST! Dropped off my Subaru Outback for what I thought would be a simple oil change, tire rotation, and brake check, but it turns out there was a very big problem with my car that I knew nothing about, which would result in my car needing new tires. The problem was that i had about 3 or so different branded tires on my car which resulted in my car constantly detecting wheel slippage, resulting in the traction motors activating. I'm glad Dan detected it with his expertise! And he showed me from a visual standpoint what he was talking about--now THAT'S what i call transparency and honesty! While I'm a little disappointed in myself for not realizing the problem sooner having driven my car for quite a while with those different tires, at least I'm getting the problem solved now! Dan was very kind to me, and understanding. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service! Like i said, it was my first time there, and it definitely will NOT be the last!

Very accomodating and knowledgeable crew. All mechanics and service providers walked me through what was needed and why. As someone who is not mechanicly inclined, I was provided with information and even brought out to garage to show varying issues going on with my vehicle. Damion was great with communication and keeping me updated as to all maintenance and how long work was going to take and what the cost would be. I am very happy with the service I received for my vehicle.

VIP in Gorham has the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars I appreciate that it never feels like they are trying to sell me anything I don’t need and they always work to explain things to me. Very efficient service and a great environment.
