You will need to check with your lender for that, but most lenders require anywhere from 10% down to 20% down on the home. I tell buyers to check with their bank if they do a Chattel Loan (loan on home on leased land). If not contact the office and I have a lender list I email or hand out for you to reference in your search for financing.
Yes, there are some criteria you have to follow, call the office and I can get your email to send them to you. We do have homes for sale in our community, and we reserve the right to hold our choice lots for our own sales first.
Only two used home right now, for sale by owner at 30 Maple Drive single wide 2 bed 2 bath and 10 Tamarack Circle 2 bd 1 Ba older home I do not have contact info. You will need to drive by the homes to get info off sale signs. Sorry We do sell Pine Grove homes and can to a design to order new home, the downside is delivery is not until next May in 2022 at this time.

Lot rent varies by lot. My grandmother pays 550 I believe for her lot. And trailers are many different prices. The trailers they currently have are listed on their website, you also have the option to buy your own trailer and put it on one of their lots. It's a good neighborhood, community pool and small park. Quiet.
We do not rent homes in the community. The homes are owner owned and they rent the lot they sit on. Average lot rent $518 base rent covers two people water and sewer. Average mortgage depends on cost of home $700 to $1200
It depends on how much the Trailer is that you buy .
Pool is heated and runs Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend, 10 am to 7:30 pm. Gates are locked between those hours.
