Horrible experience! She was literally cutting my cuticles and making me bleed as she went. I told her several times she was doing it and she ignored me. My fingers ached for days afterwards. Getting your nails done is supposed to be enjoyable. Not a cringe worthy pain stacking experience! I would give negative stars if I could!

It’s unfortunate when a customer knows more than the professionals. Dipping should never be down close to cuticles! As a result once the nail grows it lifts and cracks. Not to mention try washing your hair- absolute nightmare!! I specifically told the technician 3 times not to do this, however he gave an excuse “all technicians are different and have a different process - don’t worry your nails will last for weeks”. Clearly its been about a week and half and they look horrible and will need to be redone. Schedule your appointment and go to Art Nails next door - they clearly know what they are doing.

The absolute worst nail appt of my entire life!!,?? The lady who did my fill was so rough an so rude to me it was shocking!!?? Plus anyone who gets acrylics knows it takes much longer then 25 min! She told me I had only 25min from the moment I walked in! She then yelled at me when I picked a wrong color as she put it??? Just saying I'll never go back! Or will I just to see what hapoens???
