A very beautiful place 😎 I can remember coming here as a child the more time I spend here. It's almost to me and my mom are still here playing when I was a child. I miss you Mom 🌹🥺

Centennial Park in Columbia is awesome for such an event. It has a lake and paddle boats, parks for kids and a trail around the lake. Also pavilions and grills.
I not sure how it works, but maybe there is information on reserving space for picnics or cookouts at the Baltimore County Parks and Recreation website, maybe there's a phone number to call on the website. 🌞

If you do not book your event during the first work day of January, all bookings will be gone. The staff at Westerlee park grounds in some cases have blocked out dates for groups that previously booked events before . You may need to bring a camera so that you can prove that the Westerlee park personnel don't hold dates for their freinds,associates or people they have received under the table money
