This post office had very bad customer service.5/30/22 around 9:45-10is I walked into the branch to inquire about my mail box key.2younger women I believe one name was Kenya and darker female with dreads.The young lady Kenya stood fumbling through Papers where I given her my info 5 times already.She goes to back I’m guessing to get the older female in charge of making the mail box key.The older women came out very nasty when I asked her about my key.She gave me Bs exscuse where she couldn’t reach me and didn’t leave a vm.which I don’t believe she contacted me.The supervision took my number down so I know it was not contact because why would u need my number again if you already reached out makes no sense.moving forward I asked the lady well basically what’s the next step I have no key it’s been almost a month I was told 10 days.The keymaker walks real nasty and rude and yells I will have it to you by today and good day.it’s not what u say it’s how u say it. The customer service reps were very nasty and rude as if they didn’t care. If you don’t wanna do your job that you applied for to service the public find another field.The supervisor was no better he didn’t even write down my complaint still waiting on my mail box key that’s been over 2 months.Mail is pilled up.
