They are starting to catch up now. I would just go to one of their three offices if your in an emergency. They could not handle the extraordinary phone call volume due to extreme weather.

We were promised oil for Tues. Jan. 9th and we still haven't gotten any. I've sent them two emails as the recording is requesting to get quicker service. That's bull.

How do we report them to the authorities for fraud? Are they liable for repairs to the home if they don't deliver when promised after taking our money two weeks prior?
