Insulting and unprofessional. Brought my dog in for his third visit with them and there will certainly not be a fourth. The woman who we had the misfortune of speaking with (of course she wasn't wearing a name tag, so we can't identify her by name) said "I can tell you don't like your dog." She said that without having any dialogue with us. She then continued to try to coax us into giving up on him. Didn't have any prior knowledge of the situation, that we were this dogs third family in the 7 months that he's been alive, that we have been searching for a trainer, that we are sparing no resource in correcting his behavior and health. She just defaulted to us not liking him without offering any reasoning as to how she arrived at this conclusion. We asked about changing his current medication or the dose that he was on and it didn't feel like we were being listened to, but she offered a solution of not giving him his medication as prescribed, which I'm pretty confident she's not qualified to do. She told us that DR. Niedermeyer would reach out to us later in the day, which proved to be nothing more than her patronizing us. We are reasonable people, if you felt like we weren't doing right by our dog, talk to us about it. Encourage a dialogue and help us arrive at a solution to do things better. Doesn't seem like they're interested in working WITH you. I hope that this woman is an outlier and not an indication on how the rest of your staff treats their patients.

Completely messed up a pregnancy test on my female husky which almost resulted in the death of my pup along with pups which some DID not make it which i hold this place 100% responsible Since I was sure she was pregnant and they assured me she was not after countless disagreements over the phone and a blood test saying she Wasn’t from them we Had a litter of puppy’s some sadly didn’t make it and me and my wife had to hold DEAD puppies in our hands while trying to explain to our young children about life and death ty vets for all you hard work in screwing up and not double checking your work obviously this is a place that doesn’t actually CARE about your animals only the Absurd amount of money it cost for them to do anything which MAY or MAY NOT be correct be safe bring your love ones to someplace that cares about your pets as much as you and I’m still waiting for a call back from the doctor regarding this issues its been many weeks and attempts yet still nothing…… so let’s brake this down you messed up happens you were asked to double check didn’t … resulted in the death of puppies when called to question you about the situation you avoid the issue and won’t even talk does this sound like a place you should bring your love ones simple as that would you trust a place that won’t even call you back to talk about CLEAR error in there part

They take great care of my stubborn hamster, and make it affordable! He's had on and off teeth issues and has needed regular tooth trims and periodic antibiotics. Once the vet created a treatment plan, they waived the exam fees so I only pay for the tooth trims and meds. He's a grumpy old ham and they do so well with him despite his attitude. They're committed to making long-term treatment affordable and manageable. Would definitely recommend.
