Lydia, it's okay to be backed up, that is understandable. Taking money and not delivering, not answering phones, not calling customers to discuss - Not Acceptable.
Just be happy you can do that I have propane and the tank is owned by then no one else will fill it up and I have a 2 month and 4 year old.... they said they'll deliver this Friday we'll see though
they shaft most of their customers....most of their help has quit...they can't find drivers...
We ordered online 4 days ago and the money was taken from our account but still no oil has been delivered. I finally got through yesterday and was told that I would be delivered to yesterday or today at latest and still nothing. This is horrible service. They should be ashamed.
