I have ordered online and have not received a response or confirmation. ..last week. Now I am out!! Really bad bad service during this cold snap/blizzard.
I scheduled a delivery for today over a week ago because thats the soonest they could come and no one has confirmed and I cant get through. Does anyone know if they are honoring deliveries. I am out in next 24 hours with infants! Any updates on how to reach them? Both numbers busy open to close.

They are not honoring their promised deliveries and are pre-billing. Stay away. Karen Hellen, of course they deliver. Every home heating company does. Tough for people to carry 100+ gallons of oil to their own home......

If you are an existing customer with an account with PitStop you can go to their website and order fuel. Beats calling and calling!
