Most of the rooms have wondering views the room that me and my husband stayed in we had the view of the garden. It was a beautiful place too stay at they have activities every day . ❤❤❤❤
If it states "no view" it means part or almost all of the view is obstructed by the roof line.
We have had a room with and without. We definitely love them both. We do not spend a lot of time out on the balcony, but the views are amazing!

We adored it. I have not stayed in a room with a balcony. Yet. Lemonaid all day long. And at 8pm. Homemaid cookies comes out .. In the morning. Best breakfast any. Resturant could ever have. The staff r just darlins. I love it
Ours had a view of the garden area. The other side of the Inn might have ones looking over the parking lot, but that is still a nice view because of the trees.
Some of the balconies have a view of the Smoky Mountains, some are view of the Courtyard, and some of the parking lot. However every view is fantastic. It is the best Hotel in the area. We love it and stay there whenever we do not get a cabin. Definitely recommend it.
