The interior is due for a renovation, the hallway carpet feels old and the elevator is a little worn down. Everything else about our stay was fine from service to room cleanliness. The hotel even offers complimentary breakfast which was nice to have. It is tucked into the woods off of the parkway so you don't get a lot of the traffic noise which is a great bonus.

Positive: The suite size was nice. It was nice to have some extra room. The breakfast included was good. Negative: The WiFi was awful and completely down at times. The bathroom faucet hot/cold was backwards. The light switches were weird if they existed at all, and the bathroom light switch was on the outside of the bathroom.

Way overpriced. Our visa gift cards were denied at check in. Thermostat/cooling/heating was not working at all, had to call maintenance the next morning, too hot in the room. Fitted sheet kept popping off, as it was too small for the mattress. Ran out of breakfast food too early and it didn’t taste good. Lotion bottle was used/almost empty, snd smelled bad, minty.

I was very unhappy with our recent stay in Pigeon Forge at Hampton Inn. I try to seek out Hilton properties when I can, because I have been pleased in the past. This particular property was terribly overpriced. It was $383 for one night for a standard king room. The room was dirty, and the air conditioner was very loud, to the point it interrupted our sleep. It was not a pleasant experience, and I would not want to stay at this particular hotel again. I did not report these issues, because we were literally only there long enough to sleep and shower. Just a one night stay. I was asked to post a review by the hotel, which is why I am writing this. Since I did not report our issues, I would not have complained. But since I was asked, I decided to be honest.

Small area around pool, in lobby afternoon hot cider and cookies, all day coffee and hot water for tea.
