We loved the hotel. It's in a great location. Staff is friendly. Beds are comfortable. Having a balcony was nice. Breakfast is very good, better than most choice hotels.(Comfort Inn, Sleep inn, etc.) Excellent pool hours, as this is how hotels should be; open til 2am. Nice indoor/outdoor pool area. The hotel is currently working on the pool slides, but the pools are still open.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are comfortable. Although the outdoor pool and slide were closed, the hot tub and indoor pool were open. It looks like they are upgrading the outdoor area. The complementary breakfast is a true breakfast. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, fried potatoes and waffles. As well as the choices of cold cereal and yogurt. Apparently also have coffee and an assortment of juices.

Came down for a family wedding, and decided to stay here, Clarion points etc... Breakfast was good, filling, good selection. It was NOT grab and go, which was great. Hotel staff interactions were all positive. Room had a balcony, unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy it. Indoor pool was filled with kids, so didn't make use of that but the hours were good. Walking distance to several restaurants and The Island. Carpet needs updating, other than that room was great.

The hotel was fine and comfy. So that is a plus. However the front receptionist lady is rude. Prior to me traveling to PF, I called and specifically talked to Vincent, the manager. I asked if I could have an early check in since I wanted to travel at night so my kids would sleep. He said no problem and could do that for me and likely around noon. I showed up at 10:45 which was early but you just never know. The room could have been ready and I knew that noon was the more likely answer. However the lady up front scoffed at me with my family right there saying I was WAY too early and check in is at 4 pm. I explained I talked to Vincent. She looked up my reservation, saw his note and told me “that isn’t even guaranteed. The family hasn’t checked out yet and it needs to be cleaned!” So I asked when she would think it would be ready and again. She rudely stated “idk try after lunch.” So to me, after lunch was a loose term so I questioned when after lunch would be? And of course that was a dumb question and I was told “probably by two but it’s not guaranteed. You can call us.” So I didn’t want to play this game of going back and forth since it’s crazy busy in this town. My family and I just decided to live our best life for the day. Despite our 12 hour drive and lack of sleep. If I would have known this was the outcome of having to check in at 4 or after, I would have just left at 4 am or stayed at the original hotel I booked that had the same check in. To be clear. I’m not upset with the check in times. I’m displeased with the rude attitude. This isn’t Vincent’s fault, he was kind when I talked to him on the phone a few days prior.

Yes. It's attached to the lobby. They supply towels inside the pool area too so you don't have to bring towels from your room.
Yes they have and u will love the place also
Yes it's from 6 to 9 and it's something delicious every morning...we stayed a week and it was amazing
Not sure didn't use it.
Not sure about price. Probably best to give them a call.
I didn't see any pets or support dogs while I was there I would call them they are open 24/7 to see what they allow I think support animals are allowed anywhere you stay well atleast they should be. Best wishes.
Yes and a small fridge
They said they keep it open has long as they can based off of the weather. They do however have a indoor pool and hot tub.
