check in was quick, the greeting was terrible. got to the room it was even worse. the floors had mud clumps, bed and bench in the room had dry wall all over, bathroom didn’t even look like someone tried to clean it, the wall by the sink had blood spots on it. bed? no springs with some covers on top. the maid definitely just walked in and made the bed. you get what you pay for. do not recommend this place at all! spend the extra $50 on a nice hotel! at least he was nice enough to give me a refund that’s why i give it 2 stars

The rooms were not cleaned. The linens were filthy. There was nasty bacon found in our room. The toilet seat was broken. The tub fixture came out of the wall. The fridge kept thawing and soaking the floor in water. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised on the site. There was no guest laundry even though it was advertised on the site. People were in the pool till midnight screaming disturbing the rest of the guests. They allowed guests to smoke weed. We paid a lot of money for 4 rooms for 7 days for my family and should have gotten what we paid for but by far DID NOT!! I will never stay here again!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know!! And they claim this hotel was just renovated, that is a huge laugh!! This hotel was disgusting 🤢!! It doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I gave it, I wish I could’ve given zero stars!! Seriously people pass this hotel right on by!!

This hotel is a great place to stay! The location is very convenient! The rooms are a bit small but they're very clean! The staff is friendly and accommodating! There are several balconies that have comfy seating and tables with an awesome view of the strip or the beautiful pool! There is an elevator which is convenient when you have multiple bags or can't climb the stairs. It's not a five star hotel but it gets ☆☆☆☆☆ stars from me!

So glad we looked beyond the reviews! Been staying for work monthly since October and the improvements just don't stop. For about $45 a night, a safe, clean and comfortable room. Staff is accommodating, friendly and on top of EVERYTHING! We can walk to the Island. Food industry fun are in walking distance. Great find that is easy on your budget.

You'll obviously not get the management to answer a question like this. I also had a rough time back in July. I looked towards the positive to negate the massive amount of negative. Ya know, the pool was nice. Given that's what your intent was and not attractions.
We came from fort Payne for a week vacation and I will not stay there ever again. Rooms were descent, pool was nasty had hair balls floating around, management sucked and maintenance will enter your room anytime they please. Would not recommend it!

Very difficult. See if you can dispute the charges with your credit card company. Maybe they will do a charge back( credit card reverses charges to your account).
Americana Inn is in bad shape....the best thing about them is their pool. Rooms need to be revamped and things repaired. A lot of the rooms were infested by bed bugs.
