Room exceeded my expectations, and we enjoyed using the indoor pool and the outside whirlpool. Proximity and walking to a variety of restaurants was helpful. Will probably stay here again next trip to Pigeon Forge. Didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, but the cleanliness and openness of the eating areas were conducive to quiet moments as well. Everything was well-spaced and allowed for private conversations.

The night staff is top notch! Everyone actually had great customer service. Housekeeping was an issue due to the fact that the bedding wasn’t changed after the last guest and we had to change rooms! But they handled it well and got us into a clean fresh room and then it was a great stay! Kathy was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay! We decided last minute to extend our vacation an extra day. Staff was helpful and friendly especially Tracy who we saw upon our arrival. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Breakfast was good with hot options as well. The breakfast area was busy when we were there but they kept all items stocked well. Nice little welcome bag with some goodies and coupons for area attractions and restaurants. Will stay there again when in Pigeon Forge!

This location was absolutely amazing! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the pool area was so fun to take the kids in since it was heated. Will definitely book here again! Great location. Easy access to everything!
