Clean rooms and a very friendly staff. No frills rooms with comfortable beds and great a/c. Fun lobby and sky deck. Free breakfast had more options than I expected and was very good! You can tell that the hotel is well managed. Smart to have a place for dirty towels and trash in the hallways to help keep our room tidy. Walking distance to the Island. Only a few minutes away from Dollywood. Close to everything!

Room was clean with comfy bed! The bathroom has enough towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. It would be great if they had shower cap available as well. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. They offer free breakfast and have coffee/tea all day long. Location is close to all the fun stuff!

Samantha at the front desk was absolutely hilarious and helpful. She really made us feel welcomed and gave us great recommendations. Our dog was the star of the show and everyone was so kind to my guy. It was his first time in a hotel and he was a little skeptical about it. It's in a great location and I love that we were able to take our dog with us. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Room was a little small but overall it was comfortable and clean. The rooftop area was really nice. We spent a couple evenings at sunset up there.

Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in a couple hours early. Our room was clean and up to date. The sky deck had an amazing overview of the city and also had plenty of seating areas as well as a fireplace. By the elevators on the main floor there were a lot of tips from staff on places to visit or eat. Breakfast started a little late (7am) to our liking but was pretty good especially the unique pancake maker. Overall would stay at this hotel again!
