My wife had a booking for the weekend of May 9 thru 12 and we just found out we both have to work and we can’t get our money back policy I reckon so I guess it policy to take peoples money when they can’t come down for weekend

I booked directly through hilton and was unable to cancel as well. Normally you have same day cancellation with honors and this hotel does not abide by hilton policies
