Linda Scarpa was combative, rude and down right disrespectful. I was told very WRONG information by another worker (ext 120) and when I mentioned it to Linda she scoffed, claimed it did not happen, commented “oh well” proceeded to tell me I was not “getting around” disclosing health records for the sake of receiving HRA reimbursement. The clarification I was looking for are in relation to HIPAA protection and PHI. Linda sounded more like a mafia wanna be than a member of the Local 1 who works FOR the members. She sounds as if she hates her job and was very unprofessional. It takes no additional time to LISTEN and answer members questions in a courteous manner. She does after all work for us.
