Yes. These people think they have a lock on NYC and have no respect for their customers (who they treat like money slaves). If you can afford to pursue your complaint DO IT. Otherwise they have you by the balls until your contract expires and if you were foolish enough to lease to buy, your car will be sitting around for months waiting for the title.

A car from which company? A Tower's? Just go to any of the offices (Bronx and/or Queens) and we'll fill out a condition report for you to take it to customer service.

If possible to get plates, dont even rent a car. But if you use Tower, go to LIC. The bronx location is terrible

Saturday and Sunday closed. Always go at @ 8 am early morning. Only weekdays. No phone answering service.
