I rented from tower and they were the best prices. They are very busy so make sure you fill out application before you go if you are an impatient type of person otherwise approval is fast if you have good driving record and no issues with your license. When you want to return the car like they ask you to do, send an email two weeks prior and they will not give you a hard time at all. They really do try and do their best honestly. They are the best out there!
