Some street parking, but it can be a little spotty due to ongoing construction.
There's a ticket machine at the corner of the coffee shop. Also you can download the app NYC Ferry in your phone and do it from there 😀 which help a lot with ferry times and stops. Hope that helps.
I took ferry from here till 34th st. So I was here till 10.15pm (the last ferry). But I dont think the park had any gates and so tminings.
