They did my move back in march, stored here for a few months. Manager was great, phone rep was great, acces was great. But the 2 young girls in the front desk are ruining all that. Rude and unprofessional, seems like they don’t want to be bothered. A make latino co worked stepped up and help me and my fiancé out and held it very professionally.

Worst customer experience. Avoid this place at all costs. The price may be attractive, but that's the end of the good part. Staff at the Long Island storage are rude, never helpful, not even trying to provide useful information, and absolutely unapologetic about their mistakes. And their work hours are a joke -they open too late and close too early; just know that it will be really challenging for you to access your belongings if you work 9-5. And even those hours keep changing, and it isn't easy to keep track of it! Their automated business phone system provided me with the wrong working hours, and when I confronted the front office about that, they accused me of lying. I literally had to dial and let them listen - and instead of apologizing - they shrugged their shoulders. I've never seen such an indifferent staff. Their work hours changed for months, but nobody bothered to change the phone system info. Google location working hours are wrong too. They had better working hours when I just moved my belongings there, but then during the pandemic, they started randomly changing the work hours, and they became shorter and shorter (while I was paying the same amount!) And the facility will not work on any possible holiday out there; it has some random short hours before and after holidays, too. And they will not bother to inform customers - I ended up coming to storage to be met by closed doors while paying for a car that was supposed to move my belongings. The next day, I asked the staff how I was supposed to know whether they would have short hours - the answer was, "we had PAPER signs INSIDE the building a week before that." And if they say they close at 5 pm, they will start rushing you to leave the premises and close the gates at 4.30 pm. Since it was super challenging to get there when they were open, I wanted to move out and asked for permission to move out on Saturday morning -as I'm working 9-5. And they told me that if I stayed 1 (!) day over, I'd have to pay for the entire month ((just for understanding, I've been a customer for almost three years, having two large storage spaces at some point and have paid them thousands!) So pathetic! I am moving my business to another storage and can't wait to never have to come back here again.

They can close on Monday and open on Saturdays, I have not been able to get anything out of there, because they only open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm ... what is that? open on saturdays and close on friday

They DID allow you to receive packages in the past, but I believe that service has been discontinued.
