Do I need to be there for a UPS delivery to receive what I will be storing? Or can you receive from UPS and allow me to show up later in the day to actually put the stuff into storage?

They DID allow you to receive packages in the past, but I believe that service has been discontinued.

I'm not a rep for the storage but I would think you have to be there. Call them. They are friendly.
