We do wear masks when interacting with customers, when we are behind our shields at the counters we sometimes remove them to be able to speak more clearly. We do have a fairly aggressive cleaning protocol wiping all highly touched surfaces often. Beyond that anyone on our staff with any suspected illness is required to stay home and achieve a negative test before returning to work.
